Nicole was our home buying real estate agent in 2018. She was not only fantastic but went above and beyond to insure we found the perfect home at the perfect price. No tactics to get us to spend more or get something different. Since we were buying from Vancouver, there were many complications to home shopping. Nicole made those virtually disappear by providing us with FaceTime house tour, lining up many viewings for any trip to Courtenay, and explaining the ins and outs of the community and it’s area very thoroughly.
