Official Contest Rules

1. Eligibility:

  • Participants must be 19 years of age or older at the time of entry.
  • Participants must be residents of British Columbia (BC), Canada.
  • A valid email address and phone number must be provided upon entry.
  • Employees, representatives, and immediate family members of Just 2.5% Real Estate Inc. are not eligible to participate.

2. How to Enter

      ✅ 1 Entry – Like our contest post on Facebook &  Instagram 2.5% Just Real Estate Inc.
      ✅ Bonus Entries:
      🔹 +1 Entry for every friend you tag in the comments on Facebook or Instagram
      🔹 +10 Entries for posting a video or reel about “What you would do with the money you save?” on Instagram and tagging @2point5percentrealestate & @islandhomesavers

3. Prize Details:

  • The prize consists of a gift card valued at $500 for any Comox Valley business.
  • The prize must be picked up in person at H 2310 Guthrie Rd, Comox, BC within 30 days of being notified.
  • Prize draw will be made April 30th, 2025, Winner will be announced on Social media and will be contacted via email and phone number provided

4. Winner Selection & Notification:

  • The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries.
  • The winner will be notified via email and/or phone within 5 business days  after the contest closes.
  • If the winner does not respond within 7 days a new winner may be selected.

5. Additional Rules:

  • The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
  • By entering, participants agree to allow Just2.5% Real Estate Inc. to use their name and/or image for promotional purposes without further compensation.
  • Just 2.5% Real Estate Inc. reserves the right to disqualify any entry that does not comply with these rules.
  • By participating, entrants agree to release Just 2.5% Real Estate Inc from any liability related to the contest or prize.

6. Privacy:

  • Personal information collected will only be used for the purposes of administering this contest and will not be shared with third parties.

7. Changes & Cancellation:

  • Just 2.5% Real Estate Inc. reserves the right to modify or cancel the contest at any time for any reason.
